Take a 3D tour of our new warehouse
It's often said that moving house is one of life's most stressful events.
Turns out, moving warehouses isn't a walk in the park either.
But – in the same way that the warehouse's dirt road is now smoothed tarmac – we're now ironing out the operational and logistical bumps too.

All together in Bourne
After a few teething problems, late nights and remedial cups of tea, we're pleased to announce all stock is now in place, orders processed on the day of receipt and we're clearing our backlog.
And whether or not you experienced any hiccups over the last few months, we just want to say: thanks for bearing with us. Moving forwards, we assure you this relocation will be worth it.
Why? Because – more than ever – we're stubbornly focused on providing the market-leading quality of service you've come to expect. We will be driving continuous improvements to our productivity and efficiency. And we love to work with our customers, to solve your problems, to collaborate and innovate.
So we're excited to introduce our purpose-built, fully operational new warehouse, lovingly

A strategy for growth
Family man and outdoor adventurer, Neil Wilson is passionate about growth and customer satisfaction.
As Managing Director, Neil recognised early on that consolidating Polyco Healthline's logistics to Bourne would reduce delivery distances and dramatically increase efficiency.
In turn, this enables us to build on what we do best: reliably serving customers with personal contact and robust deliveries.
"To have the new warehouse built and operational nine months after merging is a huge success."
– Neil Wilson, Managing Director
Shielding customers from Brexit
Competing in a mature market is a challenge. But we've risen to this by making every aspect of our service delivery more efficient. From optimising our Bourne facilities to ensuring warehouse staff can flexibly work up to 24/7 in any building, we're continually driving down our cost to serve.
This means that, despite Brexit and raw material inflation hitting importers hard, the savings we've made through efficiencies allow us to protect customers from their full impact.
The start of something big
By retaining our market leading position, we're well placed to consolidate our offering in the UK. At the same time, we see plenty of opportunities to expand overseas.
While our current product portfolio is close to our heart, we're constantly seeking to innovate within current and emerging markets. Although Neil couldn't reveal too much yet, we can't wait to share these exciting developments with you.
What our customers have to say:
"Polyco Healthline is a critical supply partner to the EVO Group – we have been trading with them since 2011 and have had consistent, excellent service and attention to detail. Quality control is essential to us and we have complete confidence in the QC systems and people within the PH team."
– Sally Newton, Product Manager, EVO Group
